2. Our Services
The Bok Shop provides online food ordering (pickup and delivery), table reservations, and account management for our Brighton and Horsham restaurant locations.
3. Account Registration
- You may create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google or Facebook.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
4. Orders and Payments
- All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Stripe.
- We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion (e.g., if items are unavailable).
- Delivery areas and fees are determined by store location.
5. Reservations
- Table reservations are subject to availability.
- We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time; after that, your table may be released.
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the reservation time.
6. Allergens
While we make every effort to display allergen information accurately, our kitchen handles all major allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact the store directly before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of The Bok Shop or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bok Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
